Merisa Atkinson-- Lead trainer
Merisa has been in the equestrian industry for over 20 years. While attending Northern Illinois University she was part of the NIU equestrian team and was vice president her senior year. Merisa has been showing hunter/jumper for the past 5 years, and enjoys continuing her education through clinics and lessons. Merisa's passion is teaching students of all ages and helping them achieve their goals, whether it is getting ready for a show or improving their skills at home. She still enjoys showing her horse Aria in the jumpers, and hanging out with her dog at home.

Sierra Steigerwald--trainer
Under the USEF Amateur Ruling, Sierra has been riding and competing in the hunter/jumper discipline for over 15 years. She has successfully competed on the NIHJA and A/AA circuit horse shows with her OTTB. Receiving numerous significant achievements at HITS Chicago, The Devon Horse Show, Kentucky Horse Park, and Traverse Ciity. Sierra is excited to step foot into the world of teaching and share her passion for the sport with her students.
